As one of our valued Cabin Crew colleagues at Birmingham Airport, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining cabin safety, while delivering outstanding customer service onboard our aircraft. Through our approved CAA training, and by working as one team, you will ensure our customers are safe, relaxed, and comfortable onboard.

What will you do in the role?

• • Be responsible for the safety and security of our customers and colleagues onboard every flight
  • Provide our famous friendly customer service
  • Deliver high standards of care such as first aid and general passenger handling
  • Deliver sales through service by promoting our in-flight products

All our Cabin Crew opportunities are available on a full-time Fixed Term Contract basis. Our extensive flight programme means your working hours will vary each week and will include early starts and late finishes to cover our 24/7 operation. You will receive your roster 6-8 weeks in advance.

To ensure that you are equipped to join our award-winning Cabin Crew Team, you will be required to attend a 4-week training course, held local to your base, which will give you all the necessary skills and knowledge to start your Cabin Crew career.

No previous experience is necessary however a passion for customer service, bags of energy and enthusiasm, an awareness of safety aspects, high levels of attention to detail and the ability to achieve sales targets is required.
